- Start and develop the seat activities with PSA, Renault and their 1st tiers - Acquire and manage of 3 projects for seat adjusters - Acquire and manage of the first project for a complete seat structure - Turnover worn from 0 to ~26 MEUR within 5 years

- Manage of the team (technicians & managers) - Introduce automotive management tools (TQM, 5S, Kaizen) - Certificate the company with the new norm ISO9001/2000, reduce the non-quality costs - Project management for a half-automatized production line and FIFO in the cooling area - Follow quality indicators, define and implement the corrective measures and continuous improvement

- Implement of the follow-up tools for the production (~50 machines) during the set-up of a new plant - Develop a program for the production load management - Manage the Kaizen activities
