Automotive Management Board Member & Chief Digital Officer for automotive leveraging group IT & technology to shape the digital strategy & roadmap for automotive along the full value chain. In charge of leading process redesign for a reasonable digitalization. Moreover, responsible for driving the strategy implementation and guiding the portfolio transformation. Leading customer project managers globally to industrialize products based on customer specifications.

Responsible for developing the group wide organization. Shaping end-to-end groups processes and organizational structures to execute the Brose strategy and digital transformation (e.g. RPA / robotics process automation, SAP S/4 HANA, Office 365, Analytics) as well as to drive efficiency. Also responsible for group project management standards and implementing new ways of (agile) working. Currently part of the Future Brose program leadership and responsible for the Group Target Operating Model.

Part of Accenture’s CFO & Enterprise Value practice and led Accenture’s Digital Finance / Enterprise Performance Management capability in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. With more than 8 years of experience I helped executives aligning strategy, business models and operating models with effective KPIs, integrated planning and reporting, leveraging digital and disruptive technologies.
