Über mich
I am a master student at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and I expect to defend my master thesis in September. This June I have finished a research project at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation under the direction of Dr. Benjamin Miller, as a Fulbright scholar. My studies were based on work with inducible cell-specific mouse models in order to determine changes of protein turnover with aging and investigation proteostasis maintenance with treatments that slow the aging. I have broad experience in enzymology, genetic engineering (including PCR) techniques as well as in techniques of purification and analysis of chemical compounds. Handling stress, and additionally the ability to divide attention, helps me in multitasking, which features me at my laboratory work. I am a person who enjoys challenges and I am open to new opportunities. Personally, I am an enthusiastic and sociable person, and I am able to work both in a team as well as using my own initiative.
