Managing major investment projects starting at the initiation stage and project approval throughout the whole project lifecycle.
My job is first and foremost to manage multiple international projects, to keep them on track and deliver within the project constrains. In order to achieve these goals I am managing both internal and external resources, consisting of a team of 8-12 individuals. Being responsible for the total project outcome at one of the world's leading companies in environmental sector, requires a strong commercial and technical background as well as very well developed intercultural and leadership skills.
During my intern/master thesis at HUBER SE I was responsible for further development of the disc filter unit RoDisc. I was working on optimization and improvement of the filtration process as well as the control philosophy and some mechanical parts of the machine.
