Together with my team of energy market experts I am forecasting prices and analyse trends in Europe's rapidly transforming power markets. Further, we closely monitor and predict key developments for the EU Emission Trading System. My role involves the management and evolution of our analytical products.

In my role I am responsible for providing our clients with insights into the European power and carbon markets. This involves quantitative and qualitative analysis, bringing together deep insights regarding the rapidly changing energy market landscape. My role includes the development of new and innovative products for the company to grow further in the energy analytics space.

I am working as Managing Consultant in the "Carbon Pricing and Policies" division at Ecofys. My role involves project acquisition and management of EU ETS related topics, international carbon pricing mechanisms, energy and climate policies as well as climate negotiations. Ecofys works with public and private clients across the globe.

I'm heading the 'Carbon Market Trader EU' team, analyzing and forecasting market developments in the European emissions trading scheme as well as in the related credit markets. The Point Carbon Europe application is Thomson Reuters Point Carbon’s trading analytics package for carbon traders and analysts, providing continuous updates and analysis of key factors that affect the price of EU allowances.

My role is located in the 'Carbon Market Trader EU' team and I am responsible for the analysis of market developments in the European emissions trading scheme as well as in the related credits markets, short- and long-term price forecasting, assessment of political developments related to energy markets, client briefings. Carbon Market Trader EU is Point Carbon’s trading analytics package for carbon traders and analysts, providing updates and analysis of key factors that affect the price of EU allowances.
