In this role, I delivered web applications that created value by converting value chain processes into real world products. Some of my responsibilities are: Driving the process of defining and launching production centric applications for internal customers; Being a point of contact for stakeholders to identify their needs and turn them into business processes to be implemented; Delivering user focused trainings where technical aspects of developed applications are explained and feedback is collected.

As a founder, I consulted clients and delivered projects through which they were able to enhance their businesses and achieve higher profitability targets. Some of my responsibilities were: Defining and prioritizing the tasks for each project according to the client’s needs; Coordinating a remote team to achieve project goals as negotiated with the client; Offering clients support during the rollout phases of the project; Leveraging market insights and KPIs, in order to improve user engagement.

My daily responsibilities comprised of: participating in the SCRUM ceremonies, developing custom tasks as per sprint requirements, adding tickets in Jira when bugs were discovered, writing testing steps and unit tests for my code, providing the Product Owner with all the information needed for unhandled business cases, documenting new specifications in Confluence, assisting the QA when needed, implementing different third party integrations with specific services such as Mailchimp, Mandrill etc.

My daily responsibilities were: participating in the SCRUM ceremonies, implementing tasks as per sprint requirements, adding tickets and working hours in Redmine, documenting my code, providing the Product Manager with all the necessary information regarding tasks and changes that might have impacted the sprint’s velocity, communication with the client when needed, participating in different projects the company would organize (Hackatons, Conferences, Workshops).
