From Sepember of 2014 I have been working full time for an AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENT SUPPLIER with international presence, as a main contact and international support to coordinate different projects related to RECRUITMENT AREA and HR DEVELOPMENT (soft areas).

Managing and executing recruitment projects of technicians and mid-managerial staff. Established a new national commercial networking for a Spanish pharmaceutical company (CINFA) to sell a new line of products. More than 6 months travelling around Spain to search suitable candidates.

This Group of companies provides business with an integral, ecological solution to cleaning, maintenance and prevention needs in the industrial and service sectors. Main tasks and duties: Assistance and coordination for various functions, including: Recruitment, Employment, Employee Relations and Labour Relations.

Internal Communication I participated in a project for Production Supervisors Training by searching information about the company (history, structure, culture…), and preparing all material to make a course.
