Maria Ziadi

My name is Maria and I am an Italian national living in the U.K. I was born and raised in Italy however I moved to England 10 years ago circa. Here, I gained further work experience and completed my studies in “LLB Hons International law” at one of the top 10 U.K. universities for law namely “Nottingham Trent University” (Nottingham Law School). I also gained a Contract Law certificate from one of the top universities in the world, Harvard University. I work for the British Government as a Tax/Compliance and Legal Officer in HMRC. In this role, I have gained experience in many areas of law, tax and compliance including offshore and international matters. I deal with complex legal, tax and compliance issues and have the opportunity to interface with many matters in the U.K. and different countries and jurisdictions at an international level. I speak five languages three of which are at a fluent/native level including English, Italian and Arabic. French and Spanish at a good level.
