Managed the China Branch of Engineering Services and participated in the commercial action. Prepared the project for the set-up of industrial activity in Shanghai. Searched, found and investigated the optimum industrial factory in Shanghai area. Defined channels for sourcing, negotiation and purchase alternative components in China. Participated in the improvement for better after-sales management in China. Improved actual payment collection from customers in China for the company.

Led Alcover plant & in the aluminium foundry in Reus: 135 people. Led production department, planning, purchasing, logistics and quality: 17 staff. Managed production of aluminium injection & foundry, mechanization, painting & assemblies. Empowered safety & adequate state for production equipment, machinery, tools & matrixes. Defined & led a lean re-layout for the improvement of production & storage areas. Developed suppliers for mechanization, assembly, & aluminium injection processes.

Managed operations for the segregated area for Procter&Gamble in autonomous way: 100 people. Managed designed staff for production, quality, engineering, purchase & human resources. Transformed segregated area according demanding good manufacturing practices GMP. Redefined responsibilities, training, report & control of KPI. Led the launch into production of new disruptive concept in FFS blister. Defined, negotiated & purchased the automatic line for the definitive blister process.

Led all engineering initiatives of Plovdiv industrial plant of 300 people. Led engineering & maintenance department: 9 engineers & 15 technicians. Led Factory Master Plan including re-layout, process & equipment re-engineering, & CAPEX. Developed new packaging design for FMCG big multinational customers. Industrialized singular projects: new markets & new clients. Introduced new technology & new production line concepts.

Led all engineering initiatives of Shenzhen industrial plants of approx. 3000 people. Led engineering & maintenance department: 13 staff engineers & 20 technicians. Industrialized myriads of projects for electronic & electro-mechanical devices. Defined, negotiated & industrialized production lines, equipment, tools & components (CAPEX). Launched in-house manufacturing of UL® approved electronic circuits. Led key saving programs of process re-engineering & packaging “design to cost”.
