I lead the finance and risk practice for Accenture in Australia and New Zealand.

Along with the CEO I lead the business, IP and structured platform developments for the firm. The Ausus Group of companies are Australian-owned, tailored to the Australian market and Australian needs.

Reporting to the Group CRO and based inside Group Risk at corporate centre in London I had global responsibilities for the analytics and framework for all financial and business performance risks. I was also the CRO of the international businesses of the group.

I was a senior Financial Risk Management Partner. Deloitte’s national Risk Services team provides value-add risk consulting solutions in areas including: * Enterprise wide risk management * Financial and quantitative risk management * Effective corporate governance and ASX best practice * Regulatory risk consulting * Outsourced risk management services. * Technology Risk.

Working with other directors and partners was responsible for the development of a Risk and Capital Management practice. Additionally had responsibility for the development of targeted thought leadership for clients and the firm globally.

Led the credit risk systems and analytics units and was responsible for all retail, commercial and wholesale credit risk systems, limit approvals, economic capital and loan loss provisioning across the Bank. Additionally, led the Basel II program for the Bank in Australia with responsibility for Basel II advanced accreditation

Led capital attribution and portfolio management units having ultimate responsibility for the attribution of economic capital, the aligned framework and the development, maintenance and enhancement of the risk adjusted return outcomes for the banking, insurance and asset management businesses.
