- Set up and management of the Czech subsidiary - entity of 9 people in charge of the distribution and promotion of Gauloises cigarettes in the Horeca and Border Business Channels. - Commercial & Marketing Strategies elaboration and implementation. - Coordination of the local partner (Imperial Tobacco Czech Rep.) regarding import and distribution in other channels.

- Managing export and license partnerships (coordination of the local partners - Tobaccoland Austria and BAT Switzerland). - In charge of the cigarettes brand portfolio in these 2 countries. - Elaboration of the country business plans: media planning, promotion and Horeca activities. - Market analysis and reporting to Europe Area Director.

- In charge of the packaging of the international range of cigarette brand Gauloises. - Coordination with markets regarding packaging and product specifications (presence of the brand in over 50 countries). - Development and harmonization of the international packaging of Gauloises. - Communication campaigns for France, Italy and Mauritania. - Development of new concepts and packaging. - Managing the Brand Database (fact-book, brand review, reporting…).
