Leading the engagement and the AIMIA team to help one of Switzerland's largest supermarket retailers become more customer centric. Through customer data usage, inspiring, workshop-ing and training, I successfully helped to embed customer centricity from Senior Management down. I won an international values award, the 'Authenticity' award for my work in developing my team, focusing on the team's strengths - ensuring business, personal and team growth in a motivational environment.

Over my time at dunnhumby, I worked across a spectrum of roles, including: Senior Client Director, insight & targeted communication with over 25 FMCG clients • including P&G, Unilever, Mars, PepsiCo, Kraft, Colgate-Palmolive, Kellogg • Leading teams of up to 11 people Head of Clubcard Communications • overseeing best practise of targeted communication through a loyalty card • working with teams and people in 7 different countries

• Full Marketing Mix Management & responsibility for Category Decision Making (up to £110M sales) • Team management and leadership • Working with over 30 FMCG suppliers, ensuring that effective collaboration in the relationship grew both businesses and overall customer satisfaction. • Delivered outstanding sales and market share growth in the mature category of Oralcare. • Nominated by suppliers for 'Buyer of the Year' in the Grocer magazine, for collaborative approach and category results
