Advise clients on the design of digital products and services that meet user needs. Understand business goals and translate them into effective UX through research, analysis, and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from various industries. Conduct user research studies and analyze user data to identify pain points, opportunities and solutions. Wrote a bachelor thesis about a conceptual steering wheel with focus on enhancing the UI/UX between driver and car. In addition I worked on developing the user experience in terms of interaction methodologies, creating and analysing UI-Concepts for the instrument cluster, head-up-display, and general car functions.

Design Strategy department for the BMW Group, with focus on Clinic, Customer, Benchmark and Innovation. Analysis of design topics and their presentations, con- sideration of customer pain-points and requirements. Furthermore, developed innovative solution offerings Had close contact to our other departments and gained experience with Premium Car BMW/Rolls-Royce Design Engineers.
