I was tasked with boosting sales development in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. 1. Sales development: - Expansion of customer portfolio - Promotion of the product ranges to IAM players - Visits to wholesale distributor customers - Distribution strategies and pricing policies 2. Market analysis: - Identification of customer needs - Competitive analysis 3. Communication: - Contribution to the company's image in the market - Multiple international trade shows

Working in collaboration with the marketing, sales and technical teams, I was tasked with boosting sales development in the German market. My main responsibilities included: - Product integration and training, - Study of the German market, its strategies and opportunities for expansion, - Handling the development and consolidation of a strategic customer portfolio, - Follow-up of the existing customer portfolio, - Multiple translations into DE, - Development and maintenance of the product database.

1. Project Quality Support - D.M.S. new products: - Steering and monitoring of quality indicators during series start-up of new products, - Failure analysis during product serial life launch and Q.R.Q.C. steering. 2. Serial Life Quality support: - Analysis of product defects after assembly on vehicle, - Drafting of series life quality analysis reports. 3. Product manufacturing process transfer: - Transfer of Quality Monitoring and Management tools between 2 production sites.
