Owner of global strategy, combining market & customer, product portfolio, and asset view. Operational project management for global projects, mainly through virtual team leadership. Integration with global key account management, segment leads, global product management, regional business development, and R&D.

Product development in the area of automotive hardcoats with added functionality. Responsible for lab scale formulation, coating pilot plant and R&D production trials. Wholistic approach on product innovation, incl. quality management, commercial and supply chain considerations. Tight integration with business development, product management and segment steering functions.

Development of hybrid material systems for superconductive ceramics, photovoltaics, photoelectrochromic dyes, OFET systems, and catalysis. Experience includes formulation and rheological characterization of pastes, slurries and inks used in screen printing, ink jet printing, slot die coating and wash coating. Responsible for fast-track projects, including IP evaluation, R&D project management, scale-up, and budgeting.
