Hi I am Maximilian, a highly motivated professional Management Ph.D. candidate and head of the function, educated in Renewable Energy Technology and Industrial Engineering with relevant work experience in the broad field of Cost and Value Engineering, Procurement, and Operational Controlling. I am experienced in Data Analytics, Sales Offer Calculations, R&D development processes, and Cost and Value Engineering methods. As well as implementing new Cost Calculation Tools, setting up and aligning cross-functionally processes and establishing cost prediction models. I am highly motivated and large committed to all relevant topics in relation to data analytics, cost out, strategy, and portfolio decisions which I prove through my external Ph.D. thesis in my spare time. In addition, I am a full-time leadership professional and addicted to motivating and leading people to better results.
