As part of the Business Unit Consumer I am aiming at bringing the customers view into divers internal projects and triggering an agile mindset by providing method and workshop know how. Complex processes are analyzed and simply presented by me. This helps a great deal in many new and old projects. The focus is on the customer without neglecting the company's goals.
