Established in 2019 after granting a self-employed business person visa, called ECAA. Overall Experiences I did hire for both permanent and contract roles on behalf of the recruitment agencies or for the clients directly in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Ireland, Finland, etc. Some of the activities were conducted as a supplier without involving the hiring process, and some of them were managed by dealing with the end clients directly. I gained very good experiences and learned a lot in my journey.
