Michael Kearns, CPC
Mike Kearns adds over 11 years of recruiting and staffing experience and 13 years of accounting and tax experience before joining Winthrop Financial Search LLC. He started his career with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue as an Auditor, eventually becoming Tax Manager of the Metro Boston Audit Region. Mike was lured away by the tax consulting realm where he performed reverse audits, audit defense, amnesty agreements and exposure reviews for Fortune 1000 companies. He began his staffing career in Philadelphia as a Recruiter in 1998, and has worked as a Recruiter, Practice Manager, Managing Director and Principal for some of the largest recruiting and staffing firms in the country. Mike maintains long standing relationships with the business community in the Delaware Valley. He attended the University of Massachusetts and Widener University. Mike is a Certified Personnel Consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services.
