Lead the efforts to build a 1st-class Enterprise Information Management Service Product offering that consisted of the Domains of Big Data, Analytics, Relational Technologies, Data Management (Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Virtualization, Data Lineage, Data Enhancement, MDM, etc.), Data Mining, Data Visualization, Data Virtualization, Cloud Computing, Product Branding and Sales Support in multiple Industry Markets (Financial, Insurance, Life Sciences & Telco).

Led a medium~large group of technical resources to assist Baxter Healthcare on a new Global Services Platform (GSP) running the Siebel application as the base application framework. Utilized Cognos technologies for Data warehouse instantiation & application-focused BI efforts, Leveraged Big Data technologies for consolidated (end-to-End) system reporting.

Responsible for Product Direction, Definition and all Product Management activities for a new product offering focused on the ease of integration of various Data Management products (InfoSphere products, Optim Products and Cognos products) through the leveraged use of metadata content within a Hub/Spoke architecture. This product was one of the primary technologies that later became the BigInsights offering from IBM.

Global Product Owner with Cross-Organizational Leadership, Accountability (P&L) and responsibility for over 100 people as a line of business (Siebel, Oracle eBusiness, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, SAP).

Responsible for All Product Management responsibilities (Core Siebel and all Siebel Verticals) for the following architectural areas: Siebel Data Model(s), Siebel MDM (UCM, UPM, UOM), Database specific requirements, Siebel Tools, Siebel EIM, Siebel eAI, Service-Oriented Architecture (project Nexus), Performance & Scalability for all Siebel Application offerings.

Assisted Account Executives/Sales in all aspects of Sales situations with a primary focus on Technical issues.
