Having concluded more than 300 transactions with cumulative enterprise values of over €10 billion, Ferber & Co. is considered one of the leading M&A boutiques in the German medium-sized market. I worked on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with enterprise values ranging from €25 to €500 million, contributing to the entire project lifecycle from pitch to closing the deal.

Lam Research Corp. (NASDAQ:LRCX) is a global supplier of innovative semiconductor manufacturing equipment and services to the world’s leading chipmakers. SEZ Group was acquired in 2008 and became the manufacturing headquarters for the company’s Spin Clean Division. I coordinated the financial and accounting matters of the business unit Asia-Pacific in Singapore, China, Taiwan and Korea. Fronted the reorganisation of the finance department of the group’s regional headquarters in Singapore.

Initially contributed to various projects and audits, later overseeing the execution of projects pertaining to buyer- and vendor-side due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and year-end audits, requiring the supervision of team members, training of junior staff, and the management of clients across a wide range of industries.
