- Take active part in SOP auditing process - weekly/monthly engagament, back up of TL in operational calls - timely support of creation and implementation of reports to improve haulier/stakeolder performance. - Back up DSSS TL tasks: act as leader in charge of operational matters, resolve ad-hoc issues, prepare shiftplan - Build u strong operational partnership with OTD seniors. - Support OtD business initiatives/projects

- Primary contact point for the hauliers to advise truck drivers - Initiate surcharges for Left on Board and urgent orders to the customers. Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible - Manage deviation from plan, i.e. process in GSAP - Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise. - Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders,

- Current service of Swiss and German customers. - New customers acquisition. - Preparing commercial offers. - Conducting business meetings with clients; either in Poland or abroad. - Company representative during trade fairs.

- Marketing plans and sales goals implementation in the area of supply. - Coordination of different processes associated with rational stock management. - Coordination of internal goods movements. - Active cooperation with Sales Department. - Cooperation with domestic and foreign product suppliers. - Cooperation with carriers.
