Responsible to set up the SAP P2P model for multiple countries assets divestment project in order to allow the buying companies to operate inside the existing ERP system in parallel with Cemex operations ensuring a total segregation of processes and data during the Transactional Services Agreement (TSA) period following KANBAN methodology. Main activities were to reconfigure the sold plants, prepare all necessary adjustments in programs, security roles and interfaces as well as data migration.

Brought in to a project to deploy Cemex Go online store applications following SCRUM methodology for 14 in countries within EMEA region across 3 different business lines, providing both remote and onsite support. Responsible for the coordination of a team of multiple technologies (SAP ERP, SAP PI, .NET, DBA, API Management) in charge of connecting the multiple institutional backend systems plus 3rd party supplier ones to Azure database as central data repository for Cemex Go online store.

Responsible consultant for procurement model customization and implementation under SAP MM module for Czech Republic operation and its integration with SD, LE and FI modules.

Participation in M-ERP project to bring manufacturing sites worldwide into a single SAP template taking part of the Direct Procurement core team with responsibilities to bring enhancements to the template and also support multiple onsite implementation teams during rollout activities and post go live support

Responsible consultant for the MM module implementation across all country businesses. Responsibilities include the process modeling, customizing, data migration from JDEdwards, end users training and local developments design. Business processes and SAP support including efficiency improvement initiatives for the procurement area (purchasing, inventories and raw materials administration) across the different sites in the USA.

Responsible consultant for PTP model rollout in AME region (Amman Hub) as well as Russia and Israel. Evolutive maintenance and support on PTP solution (SAP MM, Workflow and Portal). Coordination of requests for changes to different functionalities as well as user acceptance testing for technical cutover efforts previous to SAP release installations. Resolution of end users incidents due to the functionality or to knowledge gaps.

Responsible consultant for procurement model implementation under SAP MM module for Israel operation and its integration with PP, PM, LE and FI modules. Part of the implementation team for Hungary and Latvia rollout providing consultancy support for MM and PP modules.
