  My responsibilities include the overall design quality of the company and management of the 12 designers at Frantic, which includes regular one to one meetings and competence team meetings. Leading the development of Frantic's design process and re-aligning the designer profile has been an ongoing project of mine. I participate in client projects as a designer in concept, UX, and service design. I'm also a member of the Frantic management team.
