Since 2014, I have been working as an external consultant in projects with a focus on process management and requirements engineering (Polarion). The strategic Audi AG projects were group-wide and cross-market. The coordination of the different language departments such as SEAT, Lamborghini, Ducati Volkswagen & Audi were very diversified and challenging. A uniform processmanagement was designed, coordinated and implemented by me in all brands (Innovator/ARIS). This also includes the objective statistical collection of process key indicators and their visualization for the management area (tableau, QlikView). In 2019, I took on the lead role as Requirements Manager at an American medical device company - Alcon/WaveLight. This included the complete managing of the requirements documents incl. structure and communication, as well as the design of the functional system architecture in coordination with the specifications (Twin Peaks Model).
