- Advanced troubleshooting of incidents on LAN/MAN/WAN network components from various vendors (CISCO, Juniper, Checkpoint, HP, F5, CITRIX Netscalar, & Others) - Investigating and analysing repetitive issues on the network for resolution - Continuously reviewing network configurations (routing, firewall rules, VLAN configurations, Fabric, QoS, vPC, Stacking, LB profiles & others) for optimization opportunities.

Performs analysis and diagnosis on various networking problems. Handling implementation and troubleshooting in the core network (MPLS-core). Interface with Huawei R&D for equipments HW, and SW related issues (processing utilization, crashes, etc). Handle, troubleshoot, follow up, and report daily network incidents and work orders. Participating in some training as an instructor for new staffs of North Africa region.
