• Design a Fire Fighting Pre-Action System For Electrical substations meeting NFPA-13 at Tora Cement Factory-Egypt. • Re-commissioning of Fire Fighting Pumps at Helwan Cement Factory-Egypt and hand it over to AXA company (AXA company , one of the world’s largest personal and commercial property insurance and financial management companies).

• Supervised of the design work, construction, Commissioning and Start Up of the mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire protection, Elevators, BMS, etc...) of Gastec’s smart building. • Operating and maintaining Gastec’s smart HQ building. • Design and Writing specifications for Fire Fighting system for Gastec Store. • Re-programming BMS [Building Management System] of the building according to standards and related codes to make the most of energy saving.

• Thoroughly reviewing and examining the design and tender documents of a $1 billion worth project. • Identifying and reporting the conflicts among the preliminary plans, Schematic Drawings and Project Spec's. • Modeling and Coordinating HVAC Systems by Using Autodesk Revit MEP. • Preparing HVAC Systems Shop Drawings.
