Supervise Preventive and Predictive Maintenance System implementation on the Rolling Mills. Lead and supervise budget, business plan and investment preparation. Ensure Smooth Control of Budget Consumption. Reporting Top Management by production and maintenance daily, weekly, monthly, semi -annually and annually reports. Ensure Maximum Production Trends and plant availability by Minimizing Maintenance troubles and unplanned stoppages time.

Lead the shift in order to achieve production plan, and assure the compliance of the daily floor activities to the company’s certified systems. Issue the daily production work order according to production plan. Monitor, organize and coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfillment. Monitor and evaluate the shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with company’s certified systems.
