Provided internal and change communications strategy advice to all Australian Unity business units (health insurance, retirement living, financial planning, investments technology, human resources, legal etc). This included strategy development and implementation, reviewing material and consulting to senior leaders, project managers and other communications people.

Provided expert communications advice to this government department's program areas including disability services, human resources, information technology, web management and the environmental unit. Developed and implemented communications plans for whole of department priority programs such as the Valuing Achievement Awards and the department’s staff survey.

Provided internal communications advice and support to property, finance, risk and human resources business units. This included change communications such as team restructures and offshoring projects. Developed strategic internal communications plans, reviewed proposed communications, and wrote for internal print magazines and the intranet. Managed communications projects including developing and implementing: a division wide communications survey and an event management guidelines.
