As a head of content production I provided the workflow and collaboration to integrate the inhouse production capacities in every part of the agency. Besides that I got new talents in the department to provide a constant growth.

To cover the broad needs of a production department I created additional workflow for different content areas like VR & SocialMedia.

As the content production projects and needs grew, I provided the supervision to cover that need in starting to build up a motion content production department for Cheil Germany. Including a Post-Production Infrastructure and a Production-Workflow to cover inhouse productions.

Coming from Freelance, I joined Cheil Germany as a Creative Producer and helped to integrate this new discipline into the agency. Therefore I was also responsible for the agencies awareness performance in video content.
