(1) Design and development of Nano particle plant from dtarfting and measurement to final 3d modeling and drawings generating of components and assemblies for manufacturing.(2) Complete documentation of drawings and equipments.(3) Development of P&ID process flowsheets of the plant and documentation of all equipment and accessories using on the plant.

Manufacturing of Aluminum components using NC & CNC Milling machines, their measurement and controlling the size according to given tolerances and maintaining the surface finishing quality according to customer’s requirements.

(1) Development of P&ID process flow sheets using COMOS PT for planning and managing the accessories, devices and machines being used on the Plant.(2) Standardized documentation of Drawings and Technical Data using SAP.

(1) Design & Development of 2D drawings, 3D solid models & 3D structures of individual components to large assemblies using the softwares CATIA, Pro / Engineer Wildfire2-4 and Mechanical Desktop.(2) Creation of parts lists.(3) Standardized documentation of development projects and drawings.(4) Development of CNC program for manufacturing using the software Pro E Wildfire-3.
