Service engineer with 16 years of field experience in ophthalmic (vision care) devices industry. The job involves, by its nature, frequent local and international travel (South East Europe, Middle East and Africa). Having worked with several distributors and manufacturers, I have built broad experience in technical service of high-precision equipment, as well planning, inspection, and coordination. Throughout my career, customer focus has been my priority and I put all efforts to keep the installed base in fully operable state within specifications, minimize downtime, thus keep end users satisfied and efficient with their devices. In addition, I am a junior occupational safety specialist and I study business management remotely.
