-GAAP Accounting for 2 legal entities; -Preparing budget forecasts on monthly/quarterly/annual basis; Actual vs. Budget variance analysis reports -Preparing Intercompany, BS and Bank Reconciliations; -Monitoring and timely updates of the Customers and Vendors databases; -Performing contract analysis and providing financial and business advice; -Bonus and Sales Commissions calculations on a monthly basis; -Ensuring compliance with internal control procedures; -Ad-hoc reporting;

-Performing period-end GL activities - AP review, prepayments, accruals, tax provisions, fixed assets postings; -Performing intercompany account analyses and balance sheet reconciliations; monthly P&L and quarterly BS analysis; -Monthly reconciliation of bank account balances; -Monthly preparation of payroll based on HR input; -Preparation of reports for VAT returns; -Invoice booking and payment processing; -Creating invoices based on reports sent; cash application;
