°Involved in a Government of Odisha’s 'JAGA Mission' project-A sustainable urban development initiative for the homeless and poor people of the state. °Developed action plan and led implementation of the project’s components. °Collaborated with stakeholders, technical teams and other resource organisations to deal with complex issues at ground level. °Organized corporate events, workshop and seminars to explore scope for partnership of different companies with the project.

°Execution & Quality Engineer in premium residential high rise projects in the suburbs of Mumbai and Bhubaneshwar. °Monitored and co-ordinated all Quality control and Assurance activities at the Project site. °Researched & Implemented best environmental and sustainable practices to drive down costs & improve quality of the product. °Assessed and executed Corporate Social Responsibility events & projects within the Company.
