Responsible for the following activities: • Analysis and elaboration of economic-financial studies (valuation) • Advisory in financial planning and supervision of the following routines o Treasuring (accounts payable and receivable, investments, insurance) o Controlling (KPI’s, budget, ERP) o Accounting (tax planning and accounting system implementation) • Advisory in project financing elaboration and fundraising • Advisory in new products development

Responsible for advising in the acquisition and development of business and projects in the financial and infrastructure segments, focusing on business planning and funding strategies. In real estate deals, covered the entire real estate process (from land acquisition up to client delivery and financing).

Responsible for business development and fundraising, leading the following activities: coordination of projects management, business planning (economic feasibility and valuation, governance structures), fundraising (equity and debt) and in caso of start-up the company management. Played also a senior role in the research , analysis and evaluation of a variety of real estate investment opportunities for the group, including management of deal teams, and overall evaluation process.

Responsible for structuring several investment projects and financial transactions, as follows • Primary or secondary responsible for managing relationships with investors and third-party advisers • Review of third party due diligence reports (legal, accounting) • Development of capital market investment products • Coordinating the evaluation, negotiation and execution of transactions • Oversees and contributes to the development of financial models to analyse investment opportunities
