Managing the reliability lab. I follow the quality issues coming from the reliability lab, production, and market. I use methods as six-sigma approach, LEAN theory, Ishikawa analysis, FTA. I have daily and closed relation with the Internal Quality team, production team and R&D regarding defects evaluation and analysis, improvement plan, corrective actions. Moreover I am in charge of suppliers quality projects in collaboration with buyer and sqe.

Co-design of components with suppliers, homologation process and define of SOP planning with the plant (phase in-phase out forecast and planning). I write and design technical procurement specifications, tech documentation and report. Collaboration with quality and production dep in term of design of reliability test and final line test, data statistic analysis and improvement plans on returns from the market.
