    KALTBLUT Magazine

KALTBLUT Magazine is an independent publication which aims to break free from traditional conventions and allow for an unhinged flow of creativity. Polaroid Originals

Polaroid Originals is a new brand from Polaroid dedicated to analog instant photography in the original, iconic format. It’s the next step in a journey started by The Impossible Project, who kept the format alive since 2008. The Polaroid Originals Magazine shares the stories of photographers, both emerging and professional, and those who have been touched by Polaroid in some way or another from around the world.

    The Impossible Project

After Polaroid announcing the end of instant film in 2008, Impossible stepped in to buy the last remaining factory, days before it closed down. Eight years later they are now the only people in the world who make original format instant film. I have worked with The Impossible Project at key events including a pop-up workshop at Magnum Photos, Paris, Melt! Festival, Gräfenhainichen and co-built The Impossible Project Laboratory in Berlin, which hosts an array of exhibitions, photoshoots and workshops.

An Impossible Project - Documentary on 35mm

An Impossible Project tells the story of the people who saved the last Polaroid factory in the world. It is an ambitious feature documentary, started in 2013 by director Jens Meurer, filmed over a period of several years, and, of course, not on a digital format, but on 35mm. I pushed the project forward by securing the final Kickstarter goal of €35,932, with 337 backers, in 35 days via interactive campaigns, including tours, talks and workshops, allowing the film to go into full production.

  • 5 Monate, Apr. 2016 - Aug. 2016

    Creative Content Editor

    paperbear

paperbear is a destination for lifestyle products and quirky gifts; every product hosted on the webstore is the highest of quality but also affordable. The company’s mantra is to continue the sourcing of not only the best hand-picked and well designed products from around the world, but to become a key platform within the design community. Working within a small team, I created relevant and original content for paperbear's blog and social media platforms.

  • 3 Monate, Apr. 2015 - Juni 2015

    Editorial Assistant

    Flaneur Magazine

Flaneur is a nomadic, independent magazine focussing on one street per issue. The content is produced with and for Flaneur by artists of all disciplines while the team spends two months on location. Assisting the editorial and publishing team, I assisted with promotional work leading up to the launch of the newest issue at key events in Berlin. I updated the website and social media, contacted stockists and potential new customers whilst working alongside the team in creating new content ideas.

  • 11 Monate, Feb. 2014 - Dez. 2014

    "WO" Zine

As part of a small team, I curated the content for the online magazine, as well as all social media platforms. Working alongside the copywriting team, I assisted with the monthly company newsletter and pitched ideas for branding and promotional offers to raise awareness of the zine. I liaised directly with management, the magazine editors and web development team.
