Review datacenter inventory, in-bound shipments, and ongoing demand to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained. Create plans to optimize the flow of parts through their lifecycle; tracking inventory location, movement, age, and turns. Work closely with Datacenter Operations Technicians and Datacenter Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately. Work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering. Responsible for accurate data entry and resolving questions from peer organizations.

 Manage warehouse layout and optimization.  Physical stock-out of goods.  Scheduling of trucks/vans with the transporter as per the network route.  Data entry and material movement recording in inventory management system.  Maintain minimum stock levels as per specifications and re-order material as needed.  Weekly cycle counting, Quarterly stock-taking and annual stock count in alignment with Finance.  Maintain records of truck arrival time, number of trucks, number of shipments, returns etc.

 Collection of various concepts for determining the stock height and range.  Application to product groups taking into account storage capacities, production quantities and seasonal factors.  Comparison, evaluation and recommended action
