Inside and Outside sales activities for Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Romania and Poland.

As Inside Sales, I handled Germany, Eastern Europe, Israel, Turkey and the UK mainly. Quotations, sampling, follow up of new projects to make sure we booked any new project. Monitoring running biz and controlling that we didn't lose any share of it. Inside Sales support for the outside sales team.

As the Shower Gel production department assistant, I opened and closed production orders in AS400, controlled stock and inventory levels and monitored prodcution batches in all shifts. In parallel, I was the main link of the department with HHRR, controlling vacation periods, extra hours and production line workers' attendance.

I was the main link with the rest of the group sites world-wide: cost and quote calculation and its SAP maintenance, Sales Reps' support, sampling, translations, customers trainings' organization, meetings and journeys' organization, call screening, among others. Import/export intercompany.

Call screening, visits' reception. Goods' reception, materials' entry in SAP, monitoring of quality claims to our suppliers, opening of production orders in SAP.
