The aim of the project was to establish a creative hub to serve as the collaborative workspace for the Ceramic and Porcelain Products Sector companies in the region. • Conducted in-depth diagnostic analysis of Ceramic and Porcelain Sectors, uncovering key trends, challenges, and opportunities. • Analyzed comprehensive sector data, classifying findings to identify areas for improvement and growth. • Consolidated actionable solution strategies, proposing effective ideas to address identified challenges.

Designed the industry mapping and diagnostic analysis tasks, developing a comprehensive strategy for effective data collection and analysis. Focused on gathering valuable information from companies/organizations within the Culture and Creative Industries (CCI) sector, manufacturing/tourism sector, and institutional key stakeholders. Supervised four junior experts, overseeing their interviews and ensuring relevant and targeted data collection.

Designed and conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis through the Business Diagnostic Assessment and Industry Analysis Study. Interviewed technology and prototyping centers from six different countries to benchmark their practices and identify the best applicable service methodology that aligns with the current business dynamics in the targeted region. Developed the communication methodology for the first Commercialization Support Program to be published by the center.

Conducted the Sectoral Value Chain & Clustering Analysis and the Business Diagnostic Assessment tasks within the socio-economic development project that aimed to support the renewable energy industry in Türkiye. Provided comprehensive analysis reports through the data gained from one-on-one meetings held with clean energy sector companies. Conducted supplementary studies including industry capability analyses, and industry mapping studies to further enhance the project's insights and outcomes.

Provided a training program for start-ups at OSTIM Technopark, focusing on sector groups, clusters, and business and technology partnering opportunities. Provided one-on-one coaching services to support innovation capacity development, enhance competitiveness, and facilitate scale-up assistance for start-ups. Led a team of six senior experts during the project, overseeing their activities and ensuring the timely delivery of draft company reports.

Provided one-on-one coaching services to SMEs from various sectors, focusing on entrepreneurship and internationalization. Implemented a systemic approach designed by the International Trade Centre (ITC). Developed the skills of companies in areas such as business management, idea generation, strategy design, innovation management, market research, marketing, planning, branding, promotion, sales, and international business transactions.

Provided advisory services to the Enterprise Europe Network consortium, Business Support Network - East Anatolia (bsnEA). Assisted in revising the work plan for network management, focus group approach, entrepreneurship, innovation management, internationalization, event management, partnering tools, communication, and visibility strategies. Delivered coaching services on the organization of international matchmaking events, ensuring effective implementation.

Conducted statistical analysis, business diagnostics assessment, to identify the commercial dynamics of the region. Performed benchmarking with national and international best practices to gain insights into industry trends and opportunities. Conducted a value-chain development study to establish the business incubation center, aimed at providing support services to SMEs, entrepreneurs, and start-ups in the region. Created service manuals for business development training sessions at the incubation center.

As a co-founding partner, was responsible for three key areas: Corporate Management: Developed the business plan and managed the overall business program. Led the technology commercialization strategy and conducted innovative strategy-building studies. Marketing: Oversaw the design and implementation of the marketing task. Content Creation: Directed the content creation and production management divisions. Led a team of four employees in designing and creating engaging content.

Provided capacity-building support for Zafer Development Agency. Delivered entrepreneurship and innovation training to the experts of the Agency. Covered various topics during the training, including innovation project formulation, business plan development, market and customer relations, IPR and technology commercialization, innovative thinking, innovation capacity building for SMEs, innovation ecosystem, business incentives, and clustering.

Organized the Entrepreneurship Training Program in collaboration with universities, techno parks, R&D centers, technology transfer offices, incubation centers and the key government organizations from the entrepreneurship and innovation landscape in Ankara. Offered advisory and training services to selected mentees at the Tech-Ankara Accelerator, focusing on commercialization strategies and principles. Assisted in formulating the technology commercialization services to be delivered by the center.

Conducted a statistical analysis study and business diagnostics survey analysis for natural stone quarries and processing SMEs. Compiled a consolidated business diagnostic report. Conducted benchmarking study to assess the sector's performance for the Natural Stone Research Center (NSSC). Established a human resources framework, including the creation of recruitment methodologies, selection procedures, HR guidelines, and rules for full employment processes from entry-level positions to top management.

Established the Enterprise Europe Network Office at the headquarters of the partner organization, Elazig Chamber of Commerce & Industry, to support entrepreneurs and SMEs in increasing their competencies, fostering creative thinking and innovative business practices, and promoting networking and international cooperation. Assisted hundreds of SMEs in areas such as business development, internationalization, marketing, human resources, funding, innovation, and compliance with EU laws and standards.

Implemented a workshop to showcase the benefits of FIRAT Technopark as a Centre of Excellence and highlight the value of the support provided. Designed, organized, and implemented the event Techno-Parks: Share of Experiences. Drafted the agenda and coordinated the event as the representative.

Established a company specializing in the production of sports tools, industrial equipment, and replacement parts for specific machinery and spare parts used in water and gas networks. Developed the business plan, outlining the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Oversaw the operations of the company, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of products.

Administered and implemented the quality control system, establishing a comprehensive quality management framework for the company. Led the institutionalization process, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the organization. Formulated and maintained quality objectives at all functional levels, devised a new strategic plan for employee and team duties and responsibilities. Worked as an International Marketing and Export Operations Specialist, responsible for marketing products and overseeing the export process. Managed marketing activities to promote products and attract customers. Handled customer orders and ensured timely delivery. Prepared all necessary documents for the export process, including contracts, invoices, packing lists, licenses, declarations, freight documents, insurance documents, and certificates.

Business Report Journalist at Hürriyet Daily News (formerly Turkish Daily News), Türkiye's first circulation English daily. Participated in press meetings, receptions, and organizations, gaining exposure to the inner workings of a reputable news organization. Conducted special interviews to gather insights and information for news stories. Successfully wrote and published four news articles, receiving credits for the work. Two of the articles were featured within the prestigious TDN Special News series.
