• Leading team of metrology and calibration engineers (9 employees). • Responsible for performance and continuous improvement. • Management of internal measurement and calibration laboratory in the field of length. • Management of inspection, measuring, and test equipment (CAQ Palstat). • Project leader for implementation of computer-aided quality (CAQ) software Babtec. • Methodological expert and consultation within Quality Management System and methods.

• Responsibility for compliance in technical areas. • Planning and conducting system (IATF 16949) and process (VDA 6.3) audits. • Implementation and verification of IATF 16949 requirements and customer requirements. • Collaboration in organization and support of certification and customer audits. • Responsible for Quality Management System and its maintaining and improving (Confluence). • Consultation and training within quality assurance methods (8D, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP).

• Project management to improve processes and products. • Application of methods for finding the root causes of the problem such as Six Sigma or Shainin. • Statistical support for JhP (Minitab, Q-DAS). • Active participation in maintaining and improving of Quality Management System.
