    Teva Pharmaceuticals International GmbH

    In MSAT USP Capacitance based growth modelling for cell culture. Performed fermentation experiments to generate the data. Included making experiment plan, cell thaw, forming seed train, making the media and the feed solutions. Monitoring of the experiment with daily sampling, analysis of metabolites and feeding. The experiments were run in 2L glass bioreactors, and various equipment were used during the whole process. The data generated was then analysed and optimized to create the model for cell growth.

Including the waste-water treatment which mainly comprised of aerobic wastewater treatment facility. Various units in downstream processing were Crude Distillation Unit, Fluid Cracking Unit, and Diesel Hydridesulphurization etc.
