CBS is a specific software for Packaging Industry Implementation implied: - Introduction and management of Rough Cut Capacity Planning - redefine all products into the new system - organize and conduct internal trainings for all departments about product definition, routings, Order management, Quotation, Production, Warehouse management, Dispatch planning - reviewing procedures, flows, processes - managing available resources

- customer order management; - timely order processing through SAP system; - close follow-up of production and quality indicators for all orders; - close follow-up of programming the raw material supply orders based on customers’ requests while keeping a low stock of raw materials at production site; - organizing deliveries to customer; - maintaining a good level of communication with the customer; - presenting problem solving solutions in case of quality claims.
