Clinical Trial Project Management: Management of the Project Budgets, Site Coordinators located in various cities. Preparation of SOPs. Investigator Meeting Organisation & Presentation. review of project-related materials and critical documents for submission to regulatory departments; recruitment; development and maintenance of Study Master Files; site visits for selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out in accordance to international and local regulations; CRF review and source documentation

Participation in the conduction of clinical trials; review of project-related materials and critical documents for submission to regulatory departments; investigator recruitment; development and maintenance of Study Master Files; site visits for selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out in accordance to international and local regulations; CRF review and source documentation to ensure adherence to protocol and regulations; drug accountability, and assurance of prompt AE/SAE reporting.

Main duties in this position include; supervision, maintenance, and filing of documents related to Clinical Trials; participation in the submission process of Clinical Trial Documentation to Local Regulatory Authorities and Local IRBs/IECs; participation in secretarial and technical support for Clinical Trial Staff and Research and Development Department; providing support for training courses and seminars, as well as participating in such training sessions

Main responsibilities included solution of all technical customer problems with maximum customer satisfaction and creating reasonable feedback follow-up for customer relations management; training of new staff members.

Main responsibilities during internship included strategic marketing planning and marketing research processes; assistant to a health based Customer Relation Data Management Project; acquired experience in product development, production, and marketing planning.
