Publishing market overviews and forecast, and leading analysis and feasibility studies. Advising developers, tenants, and a broad range of investors (banks, investment funds, collective vehicles, open-ended funds, insurance companies, family offices, private investors). Collaborating as an expert visiting instructor in various educational institutions.

Conducted financial sector analysis in the Africa region, more specifically in East African countries. Guiding the clients -mainly Governments- to on how to successfully prepare specific project so that it can be approved by The Word Bank Board of Directors. Carrying out the funding requests and support to different multi-donor trust funds to compliment the main projects.

In charge of directing this foundation that forms part of "The Alliance for the Climate Protection". The Climate Project is a movement created by Al Gore, the former Vice President of the United States, in order to raise citizen and government awareness worldwide about the global warming crisis that looms in our near future through delivering the famouse presentation “An Inconvenient Truth”. Reported directly to the Board of Trustees.

Bogaris promotes, develops and manages projects in the real estate development industry (retail, industrial and residential) and also in renewable energies, waste recycling and agroindustry. In charge of directing, planning, analyzing, evaluating investment projects; reported directly to the Board. Helped the Group expanded into Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Argentina, Chile and México, developing more than 15 projects.

2003 – 2004: Strategic Planning Manager. In charge of coordinating the Property Management (Auxideico Gestion) and Investment Management departments. 2004 – 2006: Portfolio Property Manager. Responsible for managing different assets owned by ING RE Development, Deutsche Bank RE, LaSalle Investment and Rockspring PIM (Prudential).
