Want to feel good about your work when you leave the office every day? Want to be proud of your actions--of what you said and how you interacted with your team and with your supervisor? Do you tell your friends and family you are happy and proud to work at your job and in your company?
If you are looking for ways to be more effective and more efficient in your business and personal life, please contact me. I have spent many years helping younger (and older) managers to learn methods which help create a feeling of confidence and stability--a "Flow" in their life.
In my trainings and coachings I focus on three things: Communication, Interpersonal Skills/Interaction, and Personal Behavior at the workplace. My clients learn to live authentic to who they really are and who they really want to be and to feel personally effective in their job and workplace.
My clients are a mix of men and women who are either 1.) owner or lead manager of a small or mid-sized business, or 2.) manager of a department in a larger company, or 3.) project leader/manager, or 4.) individual looking for personal support.
