I was responsible for the design; manufacturing and process validation and purchasing of the moulds. I was responsible for the Cad-department in which we designed; constructed and optimized part designs and mould designs. I purchased the mould in many different EU and Asian countries. I was responsible for the implementation of all new technologies within Quadrant CMS (2C; 3C; stack moulds; own collapsible core; automatic over moulding of bearings (Pulley) with very small tolerances, ...)

As a project Engineer I was responsible to bring the idea of the customer into a our production. To achieve this I supported them in the design of the parts; I supported our suppliers in the design and manufacturing of the moulds and I supported the tool until we received the internal and customer release for production. I also supported our internal toolshop in maintenance and modification on our moulds.

As a mould designer I was responsible for the design of moulds. I worked a lot in and with our German colleagues during the development of the products and moulds for the VW New Beatle

As a mould designer I was responsible for the design of moulds. I also supported the suppliers in there design of the mould. As a mould designer I coached the mould drafters .

As a mould designer I was responsible for the design of moulds; work preparation and CNC programming.

As a blue collar I worked as an operotor on a spark erosion machine and milling machine
