I’m a skilled microbiologist with 21 years experience in the biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic industry. I also have 13 years of experience in managing analysts and supervising the activities of QC laboratories dedicated to performing microbiology, chemistry and immunology tests. My knowledge and expertise in industrial microbiology, in new product development, process improvement and my green belt certification enable me to drive strategic projects. The skills that I have acquired in GMP and regulatory standards application are usful to keep always oriented with product quality and customer requirements. I’m a commited efficient and reliable person dedicated to support QC and production teams. I like to bring in fresh ideas and creativity to contribute improving control of production processes. I’m not afraid of responsibility and strive to motivate team. I’m very aware that process efficiency and cost saving are both fundamental for business prosperity.
