Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverable, as needed. Facilitate review sessions with the client and business services team.Have difficult conversations regarding budget, resources, and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings

• Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate the Center Head Forum Meetings and leadership council meetings, draft minutes and follow up on action Items, report progress periodically • Collect information from various entities and collate for internal / external communications • Track progress of projects/tasks using a project management approach • Deploy and Manage Business Continuity plans for the client

• Accountable for managing service delivery to one or more client accounts promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction and to ensure that Service Levels are achieved, with a role of Project Coordinator • Participate in the proposal submission stage to help with technology inputs to the project teams • Report generation following a predefined script as well as preparation of custom reports for project needs

• Lead the operations process improvement and operations process analysis • Analyze, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and processes to increase throughput
