I am a corporate Recruiter with 6 years experience in the IT and non IT industry. Of these 6 years, the last two years, I have led a team of 3-5 members. I have completed my masters in HR. I have shifted to Germany from India and I am looking for opportunities in this field. I am a quick and observant learner, who likes to be kept updated on the latest trends in the industry and am keen to learn practices from different countries and cultures. I am fluent in English and am learning German (A1 level) at the moment. I am open to all kinds of roles, entry level or junior as well, as I understand that I have a long way to go still as I am looking for new opportunities in a new country. I will bring my experience of recruiting in a tough market with tough internal and external stakeholders if given an opportunity.
